Q: Where are my tickets? I haven't received them in the mail yet!
A: We only issue physical tickets for VIP Package purchasers. If you purchased General Admission -or- General Admission + (Plus) tickets, you will not be receiving tickets in the mail. If you are a VIP and haven't received your tickets, within 2 weeks after purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can expedite your order!
Notice: If you purchased your tickets and have not received them yet, do not panic!
