Q: I already purchased tickets but I found out I can't come to the event, can I have a refund?

A: No. We cannot under any circumstances issue refunds for anyone or for any reason. Please understand that your purchase funds are immediately invested into hosting the event itself and your funds will not be refunded to you, unless the event is canceled by us.

We received numerous tales of family deaths, emergencies and other reasons last year, where people where presenting justification for refunds. Understand while we sympathize with you, your family and your situation, our no refund policy holds steady. Please do not purchase if you have any doubts whatsoever that you cannot attend.
